Design wordpress landing page for a mobile app with a subscription box

I need a quick landing page for a mobile app. The freelancer should:
1. create a quick logo for the page
2. choose (or design) three images/icons to describe three main features of the app.
3. adds subscription box for visitors to insert their emails to get an email when the app is ready.
The landing page should use some available templates online. We should agree on the template upon start.
The final landing page should be deployed on wordpress by the freelancer.
Please show me what templates you plan to use and a link to previous work.
