Design a logo for my new company

I need a logo created and ideally a style guide to accompany it (though this can come later). The brand name is "Vollie" and I want this wording to be in the logo but would also be keen to see a symbol in the logo as well. Whether this is the "V" in the word I'm not sure...I'll leave that up to you. If you can supply 1 version of the logo with the symbol and one without that would be best.
The demographic for this brand will be young professional's aged 20-35 years old living in and around city areas across Australia. Based on this I want the brand to be cool and stylish. I have attached a basic branding doc with some examples of brands that I like and believe this one should be similar to, as well as an insight into the Brand Proposition, Values etc and more detail about who I will be targeting. I would prefer black and white, though if you feel a touch of colour works I am happy to see what you come up with.
Important that the font used is Google approved so the brand can be consistent across media and platform.
