Design a Sub-Brand Logo for a Fitness Centre

"Level Up Fitness" is a well-established fitness gym chain in Malaysia with a reputable brand and logo.
We want to launch a sub-brand, named "Level Up Fitness Xpress" - but I have no idea how to design the logo for this sub-brand.
This is what I know I want:
* I want to retain the red triangle logo and the words "Level Up".
* The words "Fitness" and "Xpress" can be re-designed to suit the sub-brand logo.
* I want the word "Xpress" to stand out.
* Attached are the fonts used in the logo. However, you may use other fonts.
* I want to only use red, white and gray in my logo. No other colours.
For reference, please google search for logos of "Tesco" versus "Tesco Express", or "Gold's Gym" versus "Gold's Gym Express".
Attached are logos of our existing logo, and the font used to create them.
