Design a Folder for a University

We are looking for someone who can use their creativity to design a folder for IE University in Spain. Students will be able to put documents such as CVs or cover letter in this folder when attending events such as career fairs and job interviews.
In regards to its physical appearance, we are looking for a folder similar to the one in attachments "Physical appearance 1" and "Physical appearance 2".
In terms of design colors need to be adjusted to the University´s color (blue) and we have attached some suggestions of images that CAN be incorporated. However, please fell free to be creative and use your own expertise as long as it fits the following key words:
Spain, Madrid, University, Students, International, Career, Jobs, etc.
