Change Design on Existing Magento Website from for Prom Tickets and Donations and Make Mobile Friendly

We currently have a Magento website from last year's school prom and we need to change the design and some of the elements of the site. The site must also be made to be mobile friendly so that all features are available via mobile devices. There will be two products which are "tickets" and "donations". The products would be configurable products. We will need this website completed within a week's time . We would like to work with someone who is very experienced with Magento and who can provide a portfolio so we can review previous work. We need someone who is reliable and fast. This is a repost because the previous freelancer wasted our time. Serious, experienced and dedicated freelancers only. Must be able to communicate quickly.

The donation extension and tickets are already on the site, you do not have to install them so please bid accordingly.
