Build a Website

Attention: Website Designer

Introduction:

I am offering you the opportunity to help design a website template and possibly the whole website depending on costs. It would be also good to have someone that has an understanding of SEO, however Google adwords and the like is not going to be a main source of advertising. Walking around and meeting people face to face is the main sales method.

My site is on Wix and even though it has many options and functions in order to create great looking websites as hard as I may try and after the many hours spent fluffing about I can’t make them anywhere near as good as the ones already created. I can’t find the exact template for my business so I have had to recreate one to make it work and I just don’t have that creative ability.

My Site:

My business name is Buzz’n Community and it is a “Group Activity Organiser Business”. It means me acting like a facilitator in bringing new people together to have great times. It’s a bit like corporate events but open for everybody from the general public instead. It fits within the entertainment industry. I will send through some attachments of business cards, logo’s created (very happy with it, this won’t change) and any other information that will help you to understand what the business is about. The colour schemes will also be pretty evident along with a final proof of a flyer that is currently in production.

At the moment the business is a one man operation from Sydney, Australia and for the time being does not need to be E-commerce. However, in time the idea is to build it up to that stage so flexibility in design would be great. Through Wix I am aware of the APPS available should I want to proceed down that path and I can add these myself later on.

The business is completely new so I don’t have many live images or videos of my customers enjoying themselves to help give social proof, however, this will substantially grow over time. So if you could include a fair portion of the pages / site to social media options that would be great. In particular, You Tube, Instagram and etc.

Having received my information I was wondering if you could include previous work that you have done and suggestions you might have for improving my site. My current site and information is not fully complete as there will probably be a few more pages for me to include. You will though have enough information to get the main ideas.

It would be great if I could speak to the chosen one over the phone as I can help clear up and confusion verbally before officially giving approval.

Could you please break down your costs into;

* Full pages website design as my information currently stands (approx. 10 pages).

* Cost per page option

* Template only option

* Hourly costs / quoted price options

My landing page would be based on the "By the Bay Walk Group Challenge" event.

I have just put my website live so that you can see it easier. I know it is crap but that is why I am offering someone the chance to make it look better before I continue on the path myself.

I would like to have all submissions by 12am on Thursday 26th November 2016 so that the full and proper site can be launched by 12 am on Monday 30th November 2016.
