I want to build a recruitment website (Job website) where job-seekers are automatically matched with job opening (posted by employers) that matches their profile. e.g Sex, Age, Specialisation, Qualification, Years of Experience, location and any other that Site Admin might want to include.
Jobseeker will only see job opening that matches their Profile, and they will either like or dislike the job opening by selecting Apply or Decline. After that, all job opening they dislike will disappear from their account interface.
While Employers will only see Jobseekers who Apply to their job opening. Employers will only contact Jobseekers via contact form that send message to Jobseekers inbox on the site and send alert to their registered email address. Phone Numbers and email Addresses will be disabled from messenger, this admin can turn on or off.
Jobseeker and Employer contact such as phone number and email address, will not be visible to each other only location address.
Jobseekers will be required to upload a 20 seconds video about themselves, video must not exceed 20s and admin can also adjust the length of the video to be upload
Jobseekers and Employers Account will require update for their profile to still be displayed on the site, admin will be able to determine the length of time before a button appears requesting them to update their account.
Job Opening will have expiration period before it is posted and after the job opening expires, that job opening will be deleted.
The site will Auto Detect Country when Jobseekers and Employers are registering and also Auto translate the site to the browser language.(e.g if the site is opened in Lebanon, it appears in Arabic)
Jobseeker Personal Details
Full Name, Date of Birth (Which will calculate the age and display it under Age section) Sex, Location (country & state or province), Email and Phone Number, and More that Admin may request for.
Career Details
Specialisation, Qualification, Years of Experience and any other that admin may require. They will also upload their CV in PDF Or Word File
Employer Detail
Company Name, Location, Address, Email, Phone, Contact person, Company Services and full description.
