Hi all,

I have a community website that needs to be built. Being a community website, there are no extravagant funds, so happy for someone to build a website using a suitable template, but it must have a CMS system. I need to be able to go in and easily edit content, swap pictures and add information. It would be handy to add additional pages myself, but being time poor I would come back to the freelancer to ask them to do further updates.

Pages:

- Home (pictures, newsfeed, overview)

- Our Community (Services - schools, garbage removal, community centres, sporting teams)

- News and Events - Newfeed (would be handy if this is linked to social media feeds, but I can use Buffer or something like that in place to push to social media)

- Business Directory (allows local businesses to list their services)

- Buy and Sell (residents can post items for sale - requires website admin approval before being live)

- Contact

A domain has been taken out, but there is no theme and logo. This would need to be included and done first before the website work got underway.

If graphic design is not your strong point, I am happy for you to quote just on website design, please note that in your proposal or I will assume it is included).

Please note what CMS system you would be using for the website.
