Alter images and produce TIFFs for publication

For a scientific publication, I have four figures that need to be produced according to very specific standards set by the publisher. Simple but tedious job. Detailed specs attached.
Power Point is attached. Four separate slides need to be produced as 4 separate TIFF files.
Also need a copy of the desktop publishing file that is used to produce the TIFFs in case we need to reproduce.
