Button creation for iPhone app and nag screens

I have a very simple job for someone skilled with graphic design/UI design for the iphone...I need someone to recreate a new pop-up screen based on the one in the file titled "Instructions". What I need you to do is recreate that type of pop-up screen and then make me three different files...file #1 has to be just a blank pop up screen like the one in the file, file #2 has to be a "Store"pop-up screen (see file titled "app shop") and file #3 has to be a "Pro Upgrade" pop up screen. (See "sample nag" file). You MUST use a font called "Curse Casual," its a free download, just google it. Helvetica will also be used. You must also make two different sizes of each, one normal size and one 2x. (320 x 480 and a 640x960 one)
I NEED THIS DONE VERY FAST, WITHIN 3 HOURS!
Looking to spend no more than $40 bucks.
