We have a new game for the iPhone and Android phones. We need the vBulletin bulletin board configured and properly formatted with our color palette (already designed), use one of the game's background (designed) and logo (already designed).

We would like the bulletin board to have a similar format to this one: [login to view URL]

We also want users who register for the bulletin board to specify their age and only allow 13 and over to register. This is a feature built into vBulletin.

We would like the bulletin board hosted on Amazon AWS and properly configured to scale as more users are using the forum. We expect at anytime between 100 to 1000 people on the bulletin board.

We will provide you with our Amazon AWS Account.

We want the project to be completed in one week or less.
