Design Phone Case Application UI

Design layout of app. Will be very similar to the following application [login to view URL] as you can see it is a very simple 3-4 step process.
The application will be HTML 5 and only work with modern browsers so designing with Moden CSS/ CSS3 rather than relying on images and non-web fonts in mind is much preferred.
- Nice layout of possible phone choices.
- Improve Steps Left elements
- Better scale and rotate sliders. The ones in the example aren't very nice.
- Add text section is not being used so it will just be left side components.
We are an australian development team and are looking for a UI designer for future work as well, so we are looking for someone who can also do future work.
Please state how much time the required task would take for a single draft.
