Design a Book Cover Front, Back and Spine-Trade Paperback

This project is for a trade paperback sized book 6 inches x 9 inches; ([url removed, login to view]). I have included my first book covers as a sample.

Our book is targeted towards buyers/investors of residential real estate.

I'm looking for a front cover design, spine layout, back cover design. Title of the book is "Investing in Real Estate Sucks Unless......"

Subheading reads "You've Got a Solid Plan for Your Investing Strategy-This Book Shows You How to Have Cash Flow and Have 10 Homes Free and Clear in 11 Years!"

We will be offering about $149 in free downloads from our website too. Maybe include a banner-As Seen on YouTube on the front cover.

I'll need room for the barcode on the backcover too and also a place for my photo.

Looking to have the cover designed by mid August-that includes revisions too.
