Create PDF printing template generator

Hello,

I need to print 200 different QR codes on sticker foil. Therefore, I need the following:

Program a PHP script that generates the QR codes in a predefined format, places them neatly one-by-one on a template and generates a DIN A4 (297 mm x 210 mm) format out of it that can be sent to the printer. I have a graphic template on which the qr codes should be placed. Please only reply if you can start today.
