Convert existing iPhone design to design for Android devices

We have an existing iPhone app design. We need a design for Android devices. Everything should be the similar, except i think that Android should have a different menu. Design must follow Android design guidelines. You will be provided with iPhone design in .ai and .psd format (it was initially designed in Illustrator and exported to .psd). There are 18 screens to be converted.
What we expect from you to provide is a design in .psd and deliverables for developer (documentation of layout and sliced images).
No programming is required.
This is a very simple project so we would need a precise time and amount that is required for you to finish. When you place your bid, in first sentence add a phrase "i love to design" so we can know you have read the brief, or we will eliminate you.
We need you to provide some work examples you previously did, so we know you have the right skills for the job!
