Design a Banner + review logo of website

Hi, my website is online [login to view URL] , but I feel like my home page is missing a little something. I though about it and I think that those 2 actions could help :
1. The redesign of my logo. You need to use the logo in attached file and write the name of the business "Rénovation Domicili-air". The new logo must also fit in the website already in place. So you can play on the font and color of the text or the disposition of the elements. I would like to have a couple of proposition. Need the logo in PSD and EPS when finished.
2. I need a new banner that would be more in line with my business activity. We are in the climatisation business with heating and cooling system for the home and I would like to feel it in the banner you will create. This banner must fit in my website template so take into account the disposition of the text. Appart from that, I don't have any other criteria. Picture must be 1600x637 px. Need the banner in PSD and JPG when finished.
