Convert Image to Vector

I am in need of a image redrawn into vector art using illustrator. It will need to be compatible with CS2. The only change would be to thicken up the lines on the mountain, so if used as a watermark those lines don't disappear. The .jpg is attached. Looking for a 1 day ASAP turn around on project. This is a repost due to chosen provider not getting project done or communicating with me by the deadline. If you have any suggestions on making it look a bit more professional I am open.
