Design a Banner/Splash Screen

I am developing a video game and would like a banner created for use on my website and a splash screen used for my loading screen. The game will be called Mercenary Warfare and will be about amassing a group of mercenaries to battle other mercenary organizations. It will involve building compounds for you and your organization to defend and upgrade while you attack other compounds. The mercenaries will all be human. I am thinking kind of grunge looking banner with darker colors, and maybe two mercenary organizations facing off for the splash screen. The best way I can describe the game is a mash-up of an old 2d tile map RPG and a clash of clans style game. If the artwork is good I will also look forward to commissioning for sprites, tile maps, and animation sprites.
