I need you to make an Excel Macro that will do the following:

- encode data in the sample format I provided (you can adjust it further as long as all information is kept)

- must be able to encode multiple position titles

- must validate data

- must output all encoded data in one worksheet that will summarize the encoded data for uploading (CSV format)
