Access Database Completion - to be completed within 12 hours

This is what I need :- If you enter the document in the following sequence <Plant><System><subsystem(null no subsystem)> <Commission stage><equipment><gen,mech,ele,civil><ref> The final document has lot number that should by entered X-Y. You can enquire about this document by number or by drilling through the tree!!

There is always a unique path that identifies each document. As you go up in the tree the no of the document will increase. The Plant top level will contain the whole documents. As we go down in the tree the number of the documents will shrink down!

I need you to provide several combo boxes that simulates the tree top down. Plant> system> subsyste> etc . We move left to right. You will add Option All to each combo. If this option is selcted all combos to the right will be defaulted to All. As we move right (drill down) the choices will become more limited until we reach the final link(s) to specific document(s)

I also want a way that i can add/edit/update all this and need to know specific structure of excel file that i can use to update this for my backlog
