Automated Blogger Application

Hi, I have a desktop application that automatically posts content to my blog when i run it. I require a coder to automate my blogger application so that it will run every hour off my Godaddy hosting, without any interaction from me. It must be programmed to run every hour from my Godaddy hosting 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Godaddy reset there servers every 12 hours so any scheduled applications will be cancelled so the coder will need to find a way around this. I belive the application will need to be converted in to a web application as at the moment it is a desktop application. I will provide the coder with my hosting details and my blogger application when i start getting bids. I only want serious coders only contacting me no time wasters please. Thanks
