Create a directory in drupal 7 to find members

I currently have a website located at [url removed, login to view] and when you click "find a hba professional" it takes you to a civicrm membership page. I would like to simplify the process.
The new site is located at [url removed, login to view] I will need catagories and the users added to the correct groups. It is written in Drupal 7. The directory does not have to fit the theme, but it would be nice.
I am also needing an editor installed that will allow easy uploading of pictures from the editor.
