Delphi Program using MS Exchange and Extended Mapi

Development of a Delphi Winforms program (must be code that works with Delphi 2005 Win32) to connect to an Exchange 2003/2007 mailbox. Not able to use Outlook COM object as Outlook will not be installed. A possibility may be to use Extended MAPI. Will need to be able to connect a server elsewhere on the local network.
Functions needed include:
- read email
- delete email
- send email
- add calendar appointment
- edit calendar appointment
- delete calendar appointment
Needs to be written in a way where the code can be easily be referred to by another program. We would expect 6 routines that would do the above 6 functions.
