I have a Chatting Program Project written by Delphi 7 .. it's Video , Audio and Text chatting program (similar as [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL]) it's about 75% done . but the problem is the programmer is dead .. i need a team of at least 5 programmers to work on it to finish it ..I need to upgrade from Delphi 7 to (Delphi XE 2) ... The one who bid Should be professional in Sockets and Security .. this project is Server and client .. I prefer Programmers from ( Ukraine , Russia , India , Cuba) ..
