Crystal Reports - Build a simple "proof of concept" report

Our business currently uses Google Sheets to generate a transaction report for our clients.
I am seeking services to build a Proof of Concept replacement in Crystal Reports replicating the current design and surfacing data from the following spreadsheets:

You will need to analyse how the current reporting works, and then build a crystal report that does the following:
Header:
Display logo
Display drop downs for the following:
Reporting month (this will change the data displayed)
Property (this will change the data displayed)
Address (surface from Client List spreadsheet)
Management fee (surface from Client List spreadsheet)
Body:
Section one - display reservations for property (reservations sheet)
Section two - display consumables for property (consumables sheet)
Section three - display other expenses for property (other expenses sheet)
Section four - Display summary values for each of these, with some formula for tax rules
Section five - Notes
Footer:
As per current report
I’m happy to work closely with you to answer any questions. I have a workable understanding of Crystal Reports so should be able to assist with any answers.
I am using Crystal Reports Version 2013 so anything you build will need to be compatible with that.
