I need around 6-10 sms lead generation messages max 160 characters (british english), the message must include a call to action, for example "reply 'claim' for more information"

IMPORTANT!!!!! People are actually being harassed by these messages from different companies (because of that they don't even want to see if they are eligible for our no win no fee service) we need something different than the examples I have given you.

We are buying databases sms opt in's from other companies so we can mass message them

regarding a service we provide.

By messaging them we want responses (leads) who who might be eligible for our service. We later

call each response and sell them our service. They become a lead by replying back with a certain word.

The service we provide is refunding PPI back for consumers.

One more thing I can add is people are actually being harassed by these messages from different

companies (because of that they don't even want to see if they are eligible) we need something

different than the examples I have given you.

Information on PPI:

Payment protection Insurance (PPI), as the name suggests was intended to cover repayments on

loans and credit cards should the borrower – i.e. you – become unable to make them. If you took out

a loan but, for example, became unemployed, your PPI policy would cover your repayments until

you got back on your feet. So far so good.

The problem is, however, this voluntary product (it is never mandatory for you to take out PPI) was

very often mis-sold. Customers who, for instance, were self-employed and therefore unable to make

a claim on the insurance, were still sold it – obviously without being told it was useless to them.

Some people were told they had to buy the product while others were sold it without them even

realising.

were told it was a mandatory requirement

were not informed that your self-employed status would affect your policy;

were not told your previous medical condition would affect your policy;

theirs.

How big is the scandal?

In a word, big! According to the Financial Services Authority £1.9 billion was paid out by lenders in

2011 and there's more to come as the banks have put aside a massive £7.6 billion to settle

customers' mis-selling claims.

Why should I claim?

Would you let a car salesman sell you a car you couldn’t use? Or a computer shop assistant sell you

a laptop that catered for none of your needs – despite them knowing full well what it was you

required? No, of course you wouldn’t. Why, then, would you allow a lender to take money from you

for something you didn't want or something that was of no use to you?
