Change OpenCV-2 dependency to OpenCV-3 in a image processing code

Dear Image Processing experts,

I have a image wrapping project which uses functions from Opencv-2 version. Since I am using Opencv-3 version, I need to change those dependencies to Opencv-3.

In particular, the code uses "opencv2/legacy/[login to view URL]" in delaunay.h of the attached project. Can you please find any equivalent to replace that.

My final goal is to have a PiecewiseAffine image warping code which runs on opencv3. Please make sure that the output image of the current project have to match with the output image of your code.

Before bidding, please take a look into the attached code, especially delaunay.h.

What I tried so far is the following.
I could find an open source code which removes the dependency on delaunay.h.

Even though image wrapping is happening the border of the resulted image is missing. Please see the attached result image from this new cpp. If you can fix the missing border issue, that will complete this project.
