CAD for a small project

hi. I have an idea for dog poop cleaner, and I need the following:
- CAD file - STL format for prototype
- 3D animation (short video) showing how a device will work
- Image in PDF format
If one can do a prototype, that would be preferable, but not essential.
Please note, I would like to be given a reasonable timeframe for completion of the project, not underestimated, short time just to get the project. If there is a delay of more than 3 days, caused by a bid-winner himself/herself, then by bidding, bid-winner agrees that he/she will give me 20% discount off the bid amount.
I would like someone, who has vast experience in doing this. Thanks and happy bidding.
