ASP.NET automatic value refresh by value change

Hi
I need one sample application with following possibility.
1. it should have aspx page where we will be displaying 10 product price .
2. now from database or a small from any user can update these price any time.
3. whenever any price is being updated , all users who have already open this page should at the same time see the latest price . Like share market.
4. it should not refresh whole website but only refresh the price whenever any change in price occured on backend.
5. Price for one product can be offered by 10 user we have to always show cheap price.
6. i do not need backend . you can simply make tables and update value in database itself.
7. i do not need any design .
