Automated Program with Many Proxies

We need a stand alone software program to run on Windows XP that would load a list of URLs, then access one URL at a time using multiple anonymous proxies and repeat until stopped.

Step #1 - Load a text list of URLs of our choice. There can be from 1 to 500 URLs in the list.

Step #2 - The program should use at least 100 anonymous proxies (more if possible) to load one URL and open a minimized browser for each proxy submission.

(We don't know how many windows can be open in IE 7 at one time. If 100 windows can be open at the same time, that's fine. If not, whatever the maximum number of windows that can be opened at the same time is how many Internet proxies we would need.)

Step #3 - After 7 minutes, the program should close all windows, clear the cache, temp Internet files, and any other files that were downloaded by accessing the URL.

Step #4 - The program should wait for 3 minutes and then start the same sequence over again with the next URL in the text file.

Step #5 - After the program has run the last URL in the list, it should start over with the first URL again.

Step #6 - There should be a stop key and a key to start over.
