Create images for website

I have 7 PDF pages, each containing an architect's floor-plan diagram for a small house.

I need these diagrams re-traced or re-drawn in a very simplified format, just showing the rooms (but without dimensions or architectural details). The result should be some small JPEG images (about 400 x 300 pixels) that can be used on web pages.

## Deliverables

In the attached zip file is one sample PDF page showing the floor plan for a small chalet. As you can see, this is a very simple building, consisting of 4 outside walls and some internal partitions to make 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. All of the other chalets are of a similar design, although 2 of them have 3 bedrooms.

But these are architect's drawings, so? they are not very suitable for use on a website.

I need these floorplans to be converted into a much simpler format (without any of the dimensions or architectural details) that can be displayed as a JPEG or PNG image on a web page. Also in the zip file is a sample of the type of result I am looking for, although I expect the quality to be better than this sample

Each finished drawing should use several colors and should show:

- the outside walls and the internal partition walls

- the windows and doors

- the internal fixtures (bathroom and kitchen elements)

- some sample furnishings (not necessarily exactly as drawn)

If you wish you can re-use the existing drawing and simply remove all the architect's details and add some color.
