Create a Video For Ad campaigns for a new Website

I am looking for a video (1min) approx. This is for a website that is currently under development. I am not sure if I should go for animated video or a real life video.

The website is a freelancing marketplace just like freelancer.com. The video should show why our website is the best highlighting key features of our website and what is unique about us. We would also like to have some people saying about how good our website is. This video also will be used for crowd sourcing websites to get funds for our project. So it needs to show why a website like this can help small business save a lot of money and time hiring freelancers using the website.
