Build and upload a hybrid app for android, ios and windows

The app will consist of the following:
- Navigation menu (that opens from the left) that will be written in native language.
- A header as per original website, that will be written in native language.
- Splash screen which will be provided to you
- Load webview for module
- The splash screen will be only shown for initial load of the app, not during loading of search results.
- If the phone rotates the current page of the app should be kept, but should be reloaded to re-initialate the page.
The app must be able to use gps of the phone to determine current location. The button current location on homepage A form must work as per the mobile website.
You need to upload single APK with Localization for correct language.
side menu and header (including lang selection) should be native.

Upload, register in the following stores:
- Android: Google store, amazon, AppsLib, Fdroid, slide-me, appslib, mobogenie
- iOS: Apple store, cydia
- Windows: Windows app store
You have to provide the links to the download page of each store. Any costs associated with uploading the app should be covered in your bid for this project. If a fee must be paid for uploading, the fee must be paid to have it in the store for eat least 1 year.
It is your responsibility to make sure that the app is enough hybrid such that it will be accepted by all stores (especially the ios app store: [login to view URL] ).
