App with Barcode and Photo

Its a small project with web based application.

we have a lots of images with barcode. we want to scan the image and snap the photo and store it in server.

Also we have to scan the bar code and store date and time along with image.

also we have to store the location.

also web based panel is needed for creating a users and viewing monthly wise report.

also we need a wallet concept if the user upload the pictures 30 days daily basis his amount will be credited to his account. its a virtual wallet which doesn't require any payment gateway integration

admin should be able to create different user with different barcodes. we should be able to create sub admins they will only see set of users reports. how many days each user upload the image upload and how many users did that. daily average reach of the image to people ( which is very easy i will tell when we chat)

there is a small dashboard needed

this is a very simple project for 3 days work who has already done this type of work.
