We are looking for a programmer to create an audio on demand website. The site will need to allow users to stream, download, and upload audio files. Some services will need to be subscription based so the site will need a shopping cart. Users will need to access a control panel to add content and modify settings. Administration will also need a control panel to add articles, content, and get reports. This will need to be an all-inclusive solution.
The site needs to be programmed in ASP.net using VB with a backend in MS-SQL and Microsoft Media Services.
