コンテスト概要

I’m looking for someone to build me a website for a new business. The business will be renting houses to student of the local university.
We have about 15 houses to start, so each house will need it’s own page and each of those will need to take 5/6 photos, description of the house and a link to a map to show where it is. In addition each house will need to shows certain certificates on separate pages.
The front page needs to catch the eye of the student, I don’t have a logo yet but will in a few days, as I’m running a competition on here for it that ends soon.
When finished the website needs to be handed over to me completely and need to be easy for me to change/add photos and change the status of the property from “to let” to “let”
On the front page there should be links to Home – Properties – About – Downloads - FAQ’s – Existing tenants.
On the existing tenant page we’ll need an information are and a page to report any problems they are having. Although we may look into a smartphone app for reporting problems, let me know if you can do apps and cost.
We need somewhere for people to enquire about/ask questions about each particular house.

Also it would be good to have a way for single people to see where we have one room left in a house.
I’m sure there will be further refinement, at this stage I’m looking for ideas and costs.

Very important that site is smart phone friendly, as most student will look at it on a smart phone.
