We are looking for a dynamic individual ready to start this project immediately

* You should be able to jump right in
* You should have a minimum of 6 years experience in this field
* You should have the ability to use adobe products to help with visual elements
* Have the ability to produce wire frames before any design work is done

I will be holding a contest for designers, when entering the contest the design needs to incorporate our brand guidelines found in a PDF document. Logo's are available as an attachment along with a couple of sample backgrounds. You will be asked to design a landing page that will direct users to 1 of 4 websites each website brief is below along with the target audience. Our current site is directed to parents with kids so the design language we used reflects this.

Contest Guide lines

Landing page directing users to the 4 specific sites mentioned above. (1 Page )
- Highlighting company portfolio by target audience
- Impact in first 15 seconds of viewing
- Navigates the user to the right audience subsite

Target audience for the 4 products below location of audience is India.
So use of Hindi and English is welcome.

- Product aimed at catering for kids/teens (a parent will be looking at the so design should reflect accordingly).
- Product aimed at catering for graduates (design should reflect this).
- Product aimed at catering for working professionals (Professionals looking to enhance their command of the English language)
- Product aimed at corporates (MNC's)

If you win the contest we require a quotation for the following work to be carried out.

1) Take on our brand guidelines and produce the following pages for an existing website.
- Testimonial page
- A page containing bio data for staff highlighting their qualifications and subject specialties

2) Reproduce the site using the brand guidelines catering for graduates in mind.
- Landing page
- How it works
- Why ttacdemy for graduates
- Pricing
- Testimonials
- Graduate instructors page

3) Reproduce the site again catering for working professionals (Professionals looking to enhance their command of the English language)
- Landing page
- How it works
- Why tt academy for professionals
- Pricing/products
- Testimonials
- Business instructors

4) Take our brand guidelines and create a new site for corporates
- Landing page
- How it works
- Why tt academy for Businesses & Institutions
- Pricing/products
- Testimonials
- Business instructors

All the sites being created need to look like they belong to the same corporate identity.

We are looking for someone who will be able to put their own twist, on the 3 additional sites required. We are NOT looking for a copy and paste job. We are looking for someone who has an eye for design taking in to account the audience and geographical location being India.

The product is educational services being delivered remotely / online. We currently provide educational services to kids / teen and would like to branch out in to other sectors.

Finally, the stated timeline for this project is ASAP, so your immediate availability and dedication to fast-paced work will be a plus.
