  So, you are requesting a freelancer to design a quite symmetrical form of tattoo for your chest. Probably, it would appear over skin on both of your chest muscles i.e. Pectoralis major(s). I was thinking about creating something that would be seen as a tattoo that signifies human strength through various elements that you ask for like an eagle, nature, time etc. The first glance of the tattoo can show how these all elements as you mention may combine as together over your chest and express sort of an aesthetic beauty or the power it creates.
