Our company builds and manages apartments. Some of our apartments are "smart apartments."

We recently designed a smart phone app where our residents can control their apartment homes with their phone.
• They can use their phone to unlock the front door
• They can use their phone to turn on lights
• They can use their phone to change the temperature on the thermostat.
• And there is a feature called "Stories" where you can program devices in the apartment like the lights to automatically operate at certain times and days of the week

In the attached files you can see what our app currently looks like. It is a very simple design.

What we would like your help with is redesigning the attached files to make the pages on the app look more fun and more modern than how it looks now.

  I don't believe so. Residents will be able to control the lights. Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room
