The planner needs to seamlessly integrate a monthly calendar view along with weekly to-do lists to aid in efficient planning. Moreover, it should also provide a goal tracking section for users to monitor their short-term and long-term objectives effectively.

Ideal candidates would have significant experience in product design and a keen eye for aesthetics. A solid track record of creating products targeted towards professionals is highly desirable.
