i want to describe how saudi cities are in 2023.....it is about manucipal service improvements.....i have a power point presentation with a title and 40 slide....each slide talk about a service now and in the future, so it is a futuristic inspirational movie. the title of each slide need to be read in a native English, pictures in the power point before and after must be used smartly. to enhance the inspirational other good sevices picture can be merged to demonistrate the inspirational goals.

    Sorry then, I can only do a clear, native voiceover for you, but otherwise you'll need someone else to do the PowerPoint. I don't believe you're going to easily find someone who can do both quickly, so if you'd like, you can contact me so I can provide one part of the job, and you can find someone else to do the other.

    I'm not sure I quite understand the proposal. You need someone to do the voiceover and recreate your powerpoint? I can only provide the voiceover for you, as I have no knowledge of how to work with PowerPoint.
