I. Basic System Specifications
1. System Requirement
1) Server: CentOS6; Nginx and Apache HTTP Server Version 2.2 (?);
(Variable)

2) DBMS: MySQL Version 5.7.23
(MySQL Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.23-24, for Linux (x86_64) using 6.0)

3) Client: Android / iOS phone and tap / pad
- Supported languages: Korean, English
- It is planned to be wrapped in an app after it is configured as a mobile web.
- Screen design is also required.
- The test should be performed in VirtualBox as much as possible.
- The basic client screen should be optimized for mobile resolution,
It should not break on a desktop PC.

2. Screen
1) Number of user screens: 12 or more
2) Number of administrator screens: 3 or more

3. Notes
1) Some questions on the screen (eg> questions in the questionnaire) may change,
History management is required. The question is also composed of queries.
