I need somebody to make a video - using stock footage and imagery that I can use to post on my own website for a watermelon drink.

I want it to be similar to this in terms of the speech used and audio in the background:

I want to use stock video of kids of all nationalities eating watermelon and playing with each other.

In the background I want the audio grabbed from Coach Carter speech:

The inspirational music must be stock so I can publish it on my own website. The audio you can take from that link or if you can have somebody else reading the above if there are copyright issues.

Simple video less than or equal to 1 minute.
