コンテスト概要

I would like a logo for my real estate company. The name is Stefan Sinn Real Estate. The logo will be on for sale signs, web and print material with different color backgrounds. Therefore the design should be simple and easy to identify regardless of if it is large or small. I am looking for text only logo. No graphics. I have attached 2 logos that I like....the 2nd logo I would like more with no roof.

For the final rendering I would like vector format, EPS, TIFF, JPEG AND PNG files. As well as 2 versions, 1 for dark background and 1 for light background. Please include a transparent version of each.
