I currently have a logo called "Candy Pink' which I do not like and needs re-freshing (I find it too bland and common).

I am looking for something fresh and colourful. Please bear the following in mind:
*** logo is not to be all pink, must be rainbow in colour. Think rainbows, tie-dyes, candies, etc
*** can have images of candies/lollies, stars, peace signs, love hearts incorporated in the logo
*** is aimed at the 'teen' girl age group, so the logo has to be not too young but not too old either (ie not corporate looking)

Is there any way you could guarantee this contest?
It happens more frequently than not, that nonfiction-guaranteed contests end up without a winner. Consequently, we have become quite skeptical about non-guaranteed contests.
