BRIEF DETAILS

For use on social media, email and pinterest, we are wanting to create 5 types of infographics that are colourful, eye-catching and engaging.

These will be created for people to easily view primarily on mobile and also on desktop.

Theme - we will want to incorporate a fresh and colourful look and feel within these infographics that are relevant to Summer and our branding. Our brand colour codes are #f47920 and #39464e.

1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon honey

Pomegranate Dressing
3 tbs pomegranate molasses
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
Fresh ground pepper to taste

Olive Oil and Lemon Juice Dressing
3 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Balsamic Vinaigrette
½ cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Acid helps tenderize the meat.

3. Seasoning - Salt or Sweet

Add seasonings like soy sauce, Worcestershire, mustard, fish sauce, fruit juice, or honey.

4. Flavour - Herbs, Onions, Garlic

The traditional base flavours like aromatics or fresh herbs with either garlic or onion to add freshness to the meat.

Garlic + rosemary + lemon

Thyme + chile + orange

Pink peppercorns + lime wheels + rice wine vinegar + cilantro stems
