THEME: REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
GOAL - to have an interactive proposal to send to clients as attachment/html.
I need the base template made with just a couple of pages editable so working file must be provided.
All Logos and colour codes provided and some images.
Additional images added need to be Gold Coast Australia based.
Sample of theme/style I'm looking for in files.
Page layout provided, but open to suggestions
MUST LOOK PRESTIGE - LUXURIOUS. an example of a website and theme we like is joshflagg.com

  You can create your animation with InDesign CC animation panel, after you are ready, simply select your animated object, export selection as SWF (Flash Player) and finally use File>Place command to replace your original animated object with that exported SWF. Now you can export your interactive PDF with animation.

  You are right but then you won't be able to see any of those animation on almost no tablet/mobile devices (lack of Flash Player) and on desktop you need to have Adobe Flash Player installed otherwise STILL YOU CAN'T see them.
  
  If you do that you remove consistency from your PDF file.
