  Thank you for not giving me any comment as you did with other. As i can notice you develop design throe the dialogue, with explanation of your new requirements that are not available for everybody.   Hi, again. Are we allowed to have firewalls without setbacks on the neighbor sides? Doesn't the 2-meter setback apply only to walls with windows/doors/openings?

  Hello, hope you are doing well. I am starting to work on this contest, and I do have a few questions:
  - Where is this going to be build? This is very important, as you are asking for a bright design, so I need to know how does the sunlight affects the site.
  - In a some quick sketches, I was able to arrange a number six rooms with the space for all the requested items. Is this enough for you? and how many storeys are you planning to build? Also very important to include an area for stairs and elevator if needed.
  - Should we include any common areas?
  - Are you open to the idea of some rooms sharing bathrooms?
  That would be all for now. Please answer ASAP so that I can share with you some drafts.

     Hey Maria,
     Thanks for your comment.
     This will be building with ground and 3 floors. So, you need to include space for stairs as well.
     The building will be build in Cameroon.
