コンテスト概要

Our company is a full service civil engineering firm (i.e. land development, land surveying, utility design, construction inspection, etc). With frequency, we must prepare technical reports and/or bid solicitation response documents for our clients. We are seeking a branded theme/template from which to create these documents in the future. Specifically, we are looking for branded versions of the following five (5) page types typically contained in these documents:

- Cover Sheet with Photo Placeholders (see attached sample);
- Table of Contents Sheet (see attached sample);
- Regular Content Sheet with header and/or footer;
- Employee Resume with Photo Placeholder Sheet (see attached sample); and
- Relevant Projects Sheet with Photo Placeholder (see attached sample)

We are looking for a unique but subtle, brand relevant theme to carry across our professional documents. We hope to select a great designer with whom we can develop other projects in the future. We will welcome entries in the following formats; InDesign, Microsoft Word, Photoshop, but please state which format your template will be available. Please submit only original designs as we will be actively filtering these prior to final selection. Additionally, we are including a copy of our vector format logo and corporate style guide (color palette) for your reference.

UPDATE: I HAVE NOW INCLUDED A "SAMPLE TEXT" FILE. THIS INCLUDES ACTUAL TEXT AND LAYOUT THAT WE HAVE USED IN THE PAST AS PER SOME OF YOUR REQUESTS.

  Hi, I am aware, but I had requested a feedback for the 1st sheet submission....it was in Indesign format (and other sheets would be in that format), but you just gave a single star with no feedback...i didnt need any rating for the entry (which is very well not complete), I just needed a feedback to know whether it is what you are expecting (without that, working on other sheets would be in vain...)...kindly provide feedbacks...thnx

Final document: 8.5 x 11 print (printer specs?), static PDFs, or to be delivered to a tablet (such as an EPUB)?
Will you be working with a government entity (i.e., do they need to be 508-compliant)?
Will these be facing pages as in a magazine?

  Do you wish the TOC to be live? By that I mean that if you were to email the document to someone they can click on an item in the TOC and they will jump to that spot in the document.
