It is our 8 year anniversary, and we need a animated gift image to share as image and banner 4 sizes: (300x250, 728x90, 970x250 and 800x600 px.)

    do you need GIF banners for all 4 banners ? or 4 static banners and 1 gif image? what is the GIF size would be?
